Clean room, convenient 24h reception, polite and friendly staff, big and clean rooms, big bathroom with all necessary amenities, great breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks.

Very modern and clean 5star Spanish owned hotel not too far from the center. Rooms were nice and comfortable except for lack of A/C. Maite and Maria are real sweethearts.

Hotel claims they have Air Conditioning but they really do not. They tell you the "engineers are working on it and it will be fixed in 30 mins" however it was never fixed during our 4 day stay - completely rediculous for a 5 star hotel. They charge 22 euro/day for parking in an area the size of a postage stamp which takes hours of maneauvering to get in and out.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in this charming city and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the historic center. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a large bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The hotel offered a great selection of food and drinks for breakfast, and we even had the option of dining in our room. Additionally, the free parking in the hotel's backyard was a convenient perk. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The only minor issue we encountered was a slight problem with the toilet, but it was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

We spent Easter at this hotel and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, as we could walk to the city center and enjoy all the festivities. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a good shower. the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the private parking available at the hotel, it gave us peace of mind since we had rented a car.

There were some downsides to our stay. We found that the smoking areas were not useful because it rained during our stay and there were no alternate options.

The construction close to the hotel was a bit noisy at times.
